SOLAS: Abundance of cats and dogs at city animal shelter
Animals – both cats and dogs – seem to be pouring into our shelter faster than we can adopt them out. Normally, we almost have more cats than we have kennels for, but this week even the smaller stainless steel cages are being filled with the smaller dogs.
