WARREN - There is one thing that distinguishes the vacant 928 Oak St. S.W. home from other vacant homes in the city. The stench - which can be smelled at least a half-block away. But that's what happens when about 50 cats gather. Corky Stiles, of the group Trap Release and Neuter, and Melody Maret of Cats Are People Too are trying to save the felines.
